Instructions For All Returns
1.We accept returns within 30 days of merchandise receipt.
2.All the returned items must be in condition with no dog hair in original packaging and include all original manufacturer tags. Please put a note insides with the order number and stating what size you would like to receive in exchange. Please email us about the tracking number for the returned parcel.
3.Items need to be returned to the address of our company. Please contact us for the return address.
4.Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note that cutebone.com is not responsible for returned items we do not receive. When we receive your return package, you will receive the refund in 10 days.
5.We cover the return shipping fee if you receive a damaged /defective products or other fault caused by us. Please contact us for solution if you receive a damaged/defective/wrong products.
6.Exchange or refund will be issued once we get the tracking number of your returned parcel. Shipping cost of your original order is nonrefundable.
7.Because the international shipping fee is very high and most of pictures on alvababy site are taken by ourself with real products. So we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems, like "not like the picture""not as imagining"or just "not satisfied""Order by mistake"

The Steps For All Return
Please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at sales02@cutebone.com or online chat tool first once you decide to return your items.
When your return package is received you will receive an email indicating your package has
been “received.” Returns are processed once a week. When your return is processed, you will receive an email indicating your return is “complete.”
If you opted for a refund, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment.


Warranty Info
We will stand behind the workmanship and materials in a properly cared for product for 365 days from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, product must be sent at customer's expense to their distributor for examination of workmanship and materials. After reviewing your diapers, we may replace the diaper or provide you with simple instructions for resolving the problem you are having.
Except when caused by manufacturing or component defect, this guarantee does not cover leaking, diaper odor or normal wear/tear. Warranty is void when:

. The washing instructions have not been followed
. The diaper has been altered.
. Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product: Water temperatures exceeding 100F or 43C

A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils)
Fabric softeners,Any caustic substance,Diaper rash cream
Product was purchased through an unauthorized retailer. Please verify your retailer prior to purchase.
