1.When will my order be shipped out?
All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days after your payment is cleared.

2.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we support worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fee that might be impose by your country.

3.Where are we shipped the items from?
All our items are shipped from China

4.Is there any customs fees?
Generally speaking, you will not be charged any customs fees by selecting our flat mail. However, by choosing express shipping, you maybe charged customs fees due to strict customs inspection.
Please note: We will only pay for the customs fees generated by flat mail. If you are charged by selecting express shipping, we will NOT be responsible for that.

5.Was my order actually shipped out when I received my payment confirmation email?
If you received the payment confirmation email that means your order has been prepared and waiting for the pickup.
We will send another email to inform you "Your order has shipped" once delivery, Shipping method and Tracking number will included.

6. Do you support to ship products to P.O. Box?
No, we don't support to ship products to P.O.Box address. We will arrange the delivery of the orders after you change the address.

7.How can I track the status of my parcel?
Please login your customer account and you can find the link to track your order in your order list. If you order as a guest, please contact us for help via sales02@cutebone.com with your order ID.

8.How long will I receive my orders?
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days upon receiving. A tracking number will be available in your email after the order dispatched.
The orders will arrive at your location nearly 2-4 weeks,shipped by Standard shipping(Does not include delayed delivery of goods due to COVID-19, which depends on the situation of each country). Please track the status of the parcel via the tracking number provided in email. Then, contact local post office for parcel if not received within expected shipping time. Finally, contact us for further information.
Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering
Customers are responsible for lost due to wrong shipping information.

9.Why the shipping status doesn’t update? Is my parcel safe?
If the parcels shipped by the economy or standard shipping, it is normal the shipping status won’t be updated until it arrives in the next destination, this won’t impact the shipment and it is safe definitely.

10.What should I do if I never receive the parcel?
After we provide tracking number, you should track the items online frequently to avoid troubles caused unconsciously in the delivery process. You can email our customer service department directly on the lost parcel and we will check it for you. Once we are convinced that the items were lost indeed, we will arrange a new shipment or refund. But if the parcel is lost due to the incorrect information from you, you should be responsible for all the loss.
